Our Company

Budding Brilliance™ is a toy and services company based in Aliso Viejo, CA incorporated in January of 2006. The company was founded in 2000 by Tina Davis, both an entrepreneur and mother of two boys. Over the past five years, research and development for our toys and services has been ongoing working with a former practicing child psychologist. We are a primarily female-owned business dedicated to make a difference in the lives of children.

Budding Brilliance™ develops toys and services for preschool children that empower parents and provide a positive educational advantage.

Our Products

Budding Brilliance™ toys and services will enable parents to understand more about their child's development. Our first toy and service into the market is being developed for children ages three through four years old.
